Signature Experiences
The heart of every tour — curated moments that feel local, intentional, and muy unforgettable.

Opera Under the Roman Sky
As the sun sets, we gather for aperitivo and open-air opera in the heart of Rome — vino in hand, music in the air, and la dolce vita all around.

Rome Through the Lens
Explore Rome with a professional photographer who knows exactly where the light hits just right — the quiet piazzas, hidden streets, the moments you’d normally miss if you weren’t looking con intención.

Golden Hour in Ancient Rome
When the light turns gold, we wander past the Colosseum and through the ancient streets as Rome softens into evening — puro magia in the Eternal City.

Cooking with the Nonnas
Step into a village kitchen where Abruzzese nonnas teach the recipes they’ve been making for generations — flour on the table, stories flowing, and everyone cooking como familia.

The Trabocchi Coast Experience
We spend the afternoon biking along the Adriatic coast, stopping for sea views and a picnic by the water near the historic trabocchi — simple, relaxed, perfecto.

Italian Chef’s Table & Pizza Under the Stars
A renowned Italian chef prepares seasonal dinners with local ingredients, paired with a relaxed pizza night under the Abruzzo sky — wine flowing and conversation lingering un ratito más.

Into the Abruzzo Mountains
We venture deeper into the wild mountains of Abruzzo — sometimes to the legendary fortress of Rocca Calascio, other times to the turquoise waters of Lake Scanno. The destination may change, but the feeling is the same: quiet, breathtaking, and a little fuera del mundo.

WHY THIS TRIP IS SPECIAL…
Why combine Rome + Abruzzo?
Italy has always been part of our love story. ❤️
My husband and I met as two college kids on a summer internship in Italy… and 20 years later, we found ourselves buying a little home in Abruzzo — Casa Querencia— a place that somehow knew us before we knew ourselves.
Rome, Abruzzo, Italia entera… they’ve shaped our marriage, our family, our rhythm, our joy. Every cobblestone, every mountain view, every plate of pasta has been a chapter in our story. And somewhere along the way, I realized: sharing this place with others feels like my calling.
So I went back to school ✨, completed the CTA program, got my Seller of Travel license, and created a boutique tour of just 8 guests that blends everything we love — the history, art, and beauty of Rome with the rustic, nature-filled charm of Abruzzo. A curated travel experience made from corazón y experiencia.
